Endogenous cannabinoids activate receptors to induce a biological response and then become inactivated through reuptake by carrier proteins in the cell membrane, followed by enzymatic degradation. Endogenous cannabinoids are rapidly degraded by intracellular enzymes: fatty acid amide hydrolase and monoglyceride lipase. Anandamide is hydrolyzed in postsynaptic neurons by fatty acid amide hydrolase, thus stopping its action.
The use of endo kush produces the following physiological effects: euphoria, calmness, analgesia, stimulation of appetite (with hunger, levels of endogenous cannabinoids increase in the limbic system and, to a lesser extent, in the hypothalamus), control of eating behavior, regulation of adipose tissue and insulin signaling, and cellular metabolism in peripheral tissues such as the liver, pancreas.
